Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were clean and comfortable but the noise from the lift's motor room was constant, making it quite noisy. The hotel had a bit of a tired look overall, including the bathroom, but the size of the room was definitely a plus.
Waking up at 6 am, I found the room shabby and worn out, with scratched tables and units. The secondary double glazing was missing, and there was mouldy black dirt around the windows. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating despite the tired room.
The hotel rooms were fine, except for the dated decor, but they were far too expensive at 4800 for a double room for 2 nights without breakfast. The bed was comfortable despite the decor looking old. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff being very helpful and pleasant, while others were unfriendly or even blunt. The location is convenient, especially for theatergoers and shoppers with nearby attractions and friendly staff. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with delicious food but questionable breakfast pricing. Overall, a decent stay but with room for improvement.
The hotel had comfortable rooms with great beds, but unfortunately, my room was located next to service lifts despite requesting otherwise. The windows in the room offered a nice width but being directly under the noisy restaurant's sound system made for a less than ideal stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very large and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of shopping. The location was really excellent, just a stone's throw away from the tube station, which was so convenient. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff. As for the dining, it was a bit pricey, but the quality was definitely worth it. A superb hotel overall!
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the staff promptly addressed room issues by providing a fresh, clean room. However, the initial room did not match the booking images, showing signs of wear and a musty smell. The service was laced with moments of warmth, though a bit inconsistent. The location was convenient for exploring London but had some drawbacks. The dining experience was disappointing for the price paid. Despite these issues, I appreciated the regular room cleaning and the proximity to shops and the tube station.
My stay was a mix of great views and slightly damp rooms, but the service went above and beyond to make our time there stress-free. The location was excellent for exploring Central London, although the dining options were a bit pricey.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with great views of London and unique details, though the service can be half-hearted at times. The fantastic location near Oxford Circus makes it ideal for a shopping trip, but dining options can be a bit pricey for what is offered.
The hotel is in a superb location, ideal for exploring the city, with clean and decent rooms. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were a few issues with the decor. The dining experience was satisfactory, and the location offers great views of the bustling city.
